I had a wonderful experience at Ponseti's Shoes! Our 4 yo custumer was in an extra special, spastic mood when we brought her to the store to have her feet sized for the first time. Shopping for kids' shoes can be stressful, but Katie was so great, she made the experience simple and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, took the time to measure properly, and helped us find the perfect shoes for the new school year. We will definitely be back! Local businesses like this are absolute gems.
Excellent caring customer service. A REAL shoe store where they size your feet. Great for growning kids
Store was stocked for last minute items. Staff provided awesome help and we're patient. Prices are a bit steep and discounts just bring you back to regular prices but they had what I needed. Don't like that kids sizes stop at a size 4 forcing you get the more expensive adult size shoes. I will return after shopping around for same quality but better pricing
We always get our kids school shoes here. The staff is great and works to ensure the fit and size are correct.
