If your picking this firm be ready to have a bankruptcy attorney on hand. 3 and half years of going in circles. They will never be prepared for what your paying them to do. Had to let them go and found out most things that they requested I provided to them and They used up retainer money was never used in my case. For a firm that deals with Real estate lawsuits , you think they would be prepared for at lease one Hiccup and yet they weren’t . I guest this is the best way for them to milk you. Mark and Meera did a great job helping us choose which Incorporation type to pursue for our Bay Area marketing company. Then PLP followed trough to make it happen. Fantastic firm with very high quality lawyers. They don't over bill or over work a case or matter. They'll take the time needed to understand issues and make sure you understand the issues and what needs to be done, and they have a lot of experience in a number of areas of law including real estate, litigation, debtor creditor law, contracts.
