What a gross place this is…. Clearly hygiene is a word that is not understood at ponds forge especially in the gym! Grubby gym floor …. I’d rather do a push up on west street on a Friday night than touch their floor space and before anyone jumps in and says use a mat … there just as bad in fact some look like people have become ravenous and taken a bite out of the corners of some of them. Signed up with Beth over the phone told her I’m anxious she kindly met with me to show me round and talk me through everything When I said I’d like to try a class she offered to attend with me that was brilliant we are booked on for a class and I honestly can’t wait As someone who is anxious Beth has totally help me and I feel confident coming She is a credit to the centre Thank you Beth x
Website and time table difficult to use. No mention of the pool being closed for 3 months. Staff unhelpful.
