I had my first therapy appointment at Ponderosa Physical Therapy today, and found it very comfortable and my therapist very professional.
Caitlin is quite knowledgeable. She was very informative and kind, understanding about what surgery I had as well as knowing what to focus on to regain flexibility and strength. The facility was super clean, we'll maintained and private. I had been dreading going but not any longer.
