The store its self is great. Obviously there is a lot of love, care and passion that goes into the work there but the customer service is usually subpar when I go there. Generally the attitude is as if the customer is an inconvenience and they just lack practical social skills.
Ordered my Cannondale bike through them. They made the process of ordering a bike very easy. They had it in store and built super quickly.

Mình mua được chiếc xe đạp mới và anh nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, giải đáp tất cả thắc mắc của mình. Không gian hơi chật chút nhưng khá ấm cúng. Một chút gợi ý là các bạn nên dành chút thời gian tìm chỗ đậu xe, vì khu này hơi thiếu chỗ.
