Lisa Poncia helped me with estate planning, and was fantastic to work with. I was leaving the country, and she was able to set up a trust on a short timeframe. She patiently guided me through the necessary steps and answered all of my questions, making the process easy for me. Lisa is an absolutely wonderful attorney. She helped guide us through the trust/estate planning process for my Mom and Dad back in 2010. My Dad wasn't doing well so we needed to get their affairs in order. I was originally referred to Lisa several years ago to help my sister and I with a Special Needs Trust for our brother. She came highly recommended and she was fabulous.
