I don't like this bank first they always have new people. They make you feel very uncomfortable, they want to make you think you have Alzheimer. They act like the money you have there is their money. When you going to remove money they ask you lots of Question. I don't recommend this bank to anybody I ask the manager about putting a person as the Beneficiary to my account. She tells me that the money in my account is not mine. I ask than who the money belongs to if not me. Is my account, I am about to close that account soon... read more

July 2025. Management must do something regarding a woman bank teller there who's Latina, ANITA She shouldn't be looking at customer information in the screen and of customer information of ANOTHER teller. That's not only suspicious, but very rude and nosey. I'll be reporting this to the New York State Banking authorities. This teller needs to be reprimanded by management and Ponce Bank administration of the EAST HARLEM branch, or I'll take my banking to Capital One in Midtown Manhattan or another bank.

Regret ever joining this bank. Terrible customer service ; people especially CARLOS having you wait long a time than getting an attitude that leads to yelling when you speak on it. ANITA who rather move chairs around than help customers online. BILLY another one who’s terrible, called me a million times leaving a text message, voice message but turns unreachable. If you have time to waste than okay join
