The previous review is on point, they are always late. Every time I went to the store with a booked time, I always ended up having to wait for Ricardo. I went to the store on May 18th to order a replacement lenses, my actual lenses are still under the warranty, paid a fee and Ricardo ordered the lenses, told me he would call following weekend and never did, I called 2 weeks later and was told lenses were back ordered, which seemed like a dismissive excuse. Unfortunately have to give this place a bad review. Needed my lens placed into their new frames. Based on holiday hours online they would be opened Monday the 23rd of Dec. Went around 3p and they were closed. Called the phone #, iwner/co owner that had helped me once before, gentleman that told me he could not get my frame, so i ordered them myself online), answered and assured me they would be open until 6p the 24th of Dec. A real bad experience. By November 25th, 2023 we ordered prescriptions lenses for my wife and was informed that they should be ready in 10 business days at most. After 3 weeks I called the store and was informed that the lab may have had some delay but the glasses would be ready by the coming week. By the end of the 4th week, I went to store and did ask to have the order canceled, because we would be traveling to Brazil the week after for a long period; I was told the order would be canceled and reimbursed as well the frame ... read more
