When you visit the Burlington showroom, you'll be in good hands. Sam started with Pompy in 1978 and is our longest serving showroom manager. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable! We didn’t purchase during our visit because we had some measuring to do. There was no hard pressure sales tactics used- which was much appreciated. We corresponded via email and was able to order exactly what we wanted. I even sent a photo of another piece I saw on line to see if they could make it so that the wood could match and they did! Pompy has been my first (and final) choice for quality hand-crafted furniture for years. Knowledgeable staff, reliable service, and their custom stuff is always spot on. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Extremely rude employee or owner. Parked near DMV and was approached by an older man with gray hair banging on my car window being extremely verbally abusive all because I had my headlights on.
Was rude to a friend who was parked near the store the owner or employee comes running out calling her bad names
