Pompanoosuc Mills has been serving the Burlington area for more than 40 years. In 2014 we relocated from a small space on Church Street to a much larger space in South Burlington. When you visit the Burlington showroom, you'll be in good hands. Sam started with Pompy in 1978 and is our longest serving showroom manager. Just went though a 7 month disaster. Ordered a couch and two recliner chairs with oak/leather in January. At the end of February, we were told they could not get the leather. I don't know why it took them so long to find this out, but we chose a different one. We are told ETA of mid to late March. The furniture gets delivered mid April. We look it over and find multiple quality issues such as a stain and bizarre small dent with an upraised spike like a tip of a nail in the wood chair arms, a tear in one of the couch leather ... read more
Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable! We didn’t purchase during our visit because we had some measuring to do. There was no hard pressure sales tactics used- which was much appreciated. We corresponded via email and was able to order exactly what we wanted. I even sent a photo of another piece I saw on line to see if they could make it so that the wood could match and they did!
