From the design & sales process thru delivery the Pompanoosuc team was very supportive and helpful. Plus the heroic efforts of delivering furniture in Vermont was amazing Ice, snow, steep driveways and endless hallways were no match for our delivery heroes!! The furniture is stunning and will be cherished by us and the next generations of our family.

I proudly own over a dozen Pompanoosuc Mills furniture items (bed frames, trestle table and chairs, two sofas, chairs, etc). All of the items have stood the test of time for design, durability, and beauty. I recently contacted Pompanoosuc Mills to let them know about two 15 year-old Pompy kitchen chairs with spindles that fell over (child roughhousing) and broke a spindle on each chair. I just went to the store and parked in front while waiting for my partner to arrive. I waited less than two minutes in my car. An older man came out, slapped the business parking spot sign and told me I needed to go. I opened my window and told him I was waiting for my partner to arrive, then would be heading into the store. He continued to wave his arms while pointing to the sign. I tried saying it again, in case he didn’t hear me, and he told me to find somewhere else to go.
