Pomp and Circumstance Boutique is an absolute gem! The selection is always stylish and unique, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff and next-level customer service. Everyone is warm, helpful, and genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect piece. Huge shoutout to Zoe—she was amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire shopping experience feel personal and fun. She has such a great eye and helped me put together an outfit I absolutely love. Can’t wait to come back!

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this boutique. I attempted to return a dress that wasin perfect condition, never worn, with the tags still on—only to be refusedany store creditbecause I wasone day pasttheir 30-day return window. I understand having policies, but the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill overjust 24 hours—especially when the item was clearly resellable—feels unnecessarily rigid and not customer-friendly. Have a credit ‘gift card’ from 2023 in my email. I tried to access it to use for an online order today but because the business was sold in 2024 it is no longer valid. I called and this is what I was told. I have the email with the amount. I guess I can delete the app off my phone and unfollow this boutique. Not happy as a customer I take the loss on the fact the business was sold that info should have transferred!!!!! Melissa Coleman

This is my favorite boutique in Houston, hands down -- Not just for the gorgeous pieces (which are a plenty), but for the family feel the owner and staff embody. They go above and beyond! I'd like to give a special shout out to Zoe -- I had a wardrobe emergency on my birthday (recently), and she was on it!
