My mom and I were visiting the area and spent a few hours here for spa services on a Sunday. We did the halo therapy salt cave, and we each got 50 minute massages. The salt cave was such a zen and relaxing experience. It lasts around 45 minutes for a service and you will be in with other people during your time slot. Blankets are provided so it’s quite comfortable. It was OK, but if you are Christian, I might not recommend this to you. There was Buddha statues and it just fell off.
Went in fine, back still sore after the torture session massage. Do not recommend. UPDATE: After 2 days bruising now showing on back and neck, severe muscle cramps and migraine headache. Can confirm I still do not recommend!
