Absolute wasn't of time. Jasper has no fundamentals of how communicating with people works. Fails to return email, texts, and or calls. Would not recommend to anyone.
Jasper is great! This was our second year going to him and it’s been a great experience each time.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME I dropped off W2’s at office waited a few days called Jaspers partner Rachel and left a voice messsge asking if she or Jasper would do them, to please call back. Never got a response from her called next day no answer left another VM. Texted her I was trying to get ahold of her about my taxes wanted to know status.. no response Called Jasper texted him he told me he would prepare and to stop BOTHERING Rachel I didn’t know wanting to know which one of them was doing my taxes and when they would be prepa... read more
