All is well unless you need to return something and then you realize you made a big mistake. Crazy fees for a retune. Totally not worth it. I’ll never order from this company again. The items I kept are nice. Some missing hardware but that was easily fixed by myself. I was very disappointed in receiving a very partial refund.

I really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I ordered a pair of patio chairs and a center console. They both arrived in the time window they said it would arrive by and when assembled, the chairs and tables were sturdy and comfortable. I did have an issue with one of the chairs' screw holes not being threaded and it the screw ended up piercing through the chair, but I opened up a support case via email and within a single business day, they shipped out a new... read more
