If I could give this more than five stars I would! I’ve done therapy with both Wesley and Christian. They are both very attentive to the details and makes sure that your concerns are heard. They tailor the exercises for your exact needs and this has truly been a game changer for me. I’ve dealt with generally upper and lower back pain for years from my occupation. I only got to visit this clinic because once but I was amazed at how wonderful the therapist was and kind. I had to stop going for personal reasons but anyone needing help after an injury is sure to find what they need here.
I can’t say enough good things about Polygon PT. As a collegiate dance student, returning to movement after injury felt overwhelming, but Wesley and Christian completely changed that experience for me. Polygon PT was very accommodating for my last minute scheduling, after my Hyrox competition Christian and Wesley help me get squared out right away when I seeked out for help! Got me in and Christian was very informative and helpful, fixed all the tweaks and soreness! I’ll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance!
Both Wes and Christian are professional and encouraging, and motivated me to get results. I really appreciated their suggestions and I think my recovery was as expected.
