I want to share my experience in case anyone else has had a similar issue. We love the furniture we received from P&B. The issue is the delivery company they use. The scheduling, phone calls, and the way we were treated was a nightmare. They cancelled on us twice, tried to charge reschedule and storage fees, and then showed up at the completely wrong time and yelled at me on the phone. I am in the West Michigan area. Bought a table there and in a month and a half there was a big crack in the leg. Nothing ever happened to it but it shouldn’t be cracking in less than 2 months. Contacted their customer service and they said that can happen so too bad. Finally they offered some store credit but we don’t trust their products or customer service now and don’t want to buy anything so we are stuck with some store credit. Be careful buying from this place.
This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it!! It is a hidden gem full of great prices and great finds. The signage is pretty discreet, but don’t let that fool you. Keep following the signs to a small door where you will find the outlet entrance. They will have a variety of furniture available at excellent prices there. TERRIBLE complete RIP OFF company and uncaring customer service. Paid for white glove delivery AND EXTENDED AREA. $79 for white glove PLUS $200 for extended and they wouldn’t even drive down our road since it had a light dusting of snow on it- to drop the couch off OR put it together??? We had to drive a half mile and pick it up outselfs and put it together!? With one person handicapped at that. Company will not refund the money? During our first visit, we felt confident about what we wanted to purchase. After returning home and reviewing the color options from the photos we took, we made our final color decisions. A week later, we returned to the outlet to pick up our three items. We noticed that some items were neatly boxed, while others had to be purchased directly from the floor under a "like new" description provided by a salesperson.
