Dianne White IS the main reason we are still with this company. She is always quick to respond, she is extremely helpful, and she is so informative. Dianne always explains things in a way that I can understand and never makes me feel bad for not understanding something the first time. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I am properly informed and that I am comfortable with the information she has given me. She is also very, very patient! I would be lost without her, truly.
Since 1982 we had never been behind on taxes or never filed. Then life hit us in 2013 After a stroke, car accident, surgery that went bad, broken arm and tornadoes we were lost. Then cancer. I have fell for the same criminals for 4 years they have done nothing but take my money still not even gibbing me not one single tax return for the past 4 years They should have law suits for the amount of money they have taken from people and done nothing
