Don't use this company for OIC's! After 3 fumbled OIC'S and 10 years of frustration and fear we got the oh sorry you will just have to pay the 110k plus another 200k in penalties and interest.
Man Victor and his superhero tax team completed my tax issues at fast food speeds with 5 star results. They have taken excellent care of me and helped me get Back on track faster than i ever imagined. Highly recommend.
We've had a mixed experience, but Kelby and Christian have done an excellent job repairing any confusion we had and are quick to respond. If you get these two gentlemen you'll be in great hands. On a 1-10 I'd give a 9.
My case is still ongoing, but I've been elated by how my state tax issue was handled. Polston's tax team and Christian were quick and efficient in getting my state taxes resolved so that my work could still continue. I may come back and update this after the federal is done, but I've been so happy with Christian and the Polston Tax team. God bless you all!!!!!!

I hired Polston Tax to help me with a tax situation, caused by a narcissistic ex-husband. Actually my fault for believing him!! We were trying to work things out for our children. (I thought).
