If you want a place with the most exceptional staff that creates a family and community feel for yourself or your loved ones, this is it. My dad was there for 8 months and they provided top notch care, kept me fully updated on any changes or suggestions for even better care.fpr him. My mom went to Polson from hospital. From her first day there she was welcomed and treated with dignity and respect. After a few months she was accepted into her choice pick of Armstrong so left Polson. After 4 months of horrific care , neglect and disregard for a growing tumor we moved her back to Polson where she remained through her palative care. Very poor quality care. Many times when my Mom asked the care aids to take her to the washroom they refused because they said they are too busy. Then they told her to go in her briefs. Once, after mom arrived back at Polson after an outing of roughly five hours we asked the care aid if they could change her. The care aid said she would change her later as she assured her that the briefs are good for 12 hours. This type of care led to my mother having numerous bladder infections.
