I placed an order online on Sept 9th and it’s been OVER A WEEK WITHOUT ANY UPDATES. On the website it says “We grant 2 working days to prepare for your shipment. If we are unable to finalize your order within this period, we will inform you by e-mail to make arrangements.” NO THEY DIDN’T. I checked my inbox and junk folder thoroughly and no communication.
