This is a First Class operation. Walked in, ordered the part on the spot. Excellent communication, really like the text message updates. Super fast turnaround time. They kept my old part in case i wanted to inspect it (I really like it when auto mechanics do this too). Real Canadian staff - total bonus. Merci Roméo de t'avoir occupé si bien de mon vélo!
Il y a une place garantie au paradis pour les gens qui font aussi bien leur travail! C'est une rareté de ces jours. Mon vélo de gravelle de 10 ans n’a jamais aussi bien roulé. Ils ont aussi réparé le gros bordel que mon magasin de vélos local avait fait quand je leur ai apporté plus tôt dans la saison (composantes mal installées et incompatibles).
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a quick fix on my bike and got me going again. The tech explained ways to prevent my issue. Highly recommend this shop.
