The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My experience at Polo Park hearing was beyond expectations. My testing was done by Candice, who was wonderful and so helpful! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during testing. After my testing was complete she explained my results in detail and answered any questions I had. She is very kind and definitely cares about her clients and their hearing health.
Amazing amazing amazing. Ask for Candice. Everyone is terrific - but Candice is one of the highs in life. We went in feeling completely skeptical. We emerged delighted.
