My wife and I have been regular clients at Polo Health & Longevity Center for vitamin shots, but unfortunately our last experience was very disappointing. I was running only about 5 minutes late, and my wife informed the staff that I was on my way. I also expected a call back but did not receive one. Despite our history as clients, there was very little flexibility, and I was charged a penalty. We would have appreciated better communication and consideration for returning clients.
