I normally don’t write reviews, but my recent experience with Polo 4PL truly deserves one. I reached out to them not really knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the most helpful and genuine conversations I’ve had with any company. Picked up a load Friday from Compton, CA to Louisville, KY. Then on Saturday I get an email back from my factering company that they are not approved. I called the agent Vick (happy a broker actually picks up the phone on a weekend) and he was able to pay us directly. Monday morning, I texted him the POD, and not even 15 minutes later we get the payment! Thats what we expect for brokers we work with: clear and honest communication and on-time payment as promised. I will work with Polopl again

I bought 3 trucks online from Japan but now was clueless on how to get them to me here in Texas. I called polo and spoke with Andrew Matevosyan who helped me with the ocean shipping, and the process of clearing customs and duty payments. Finally he help arrange a flatbed truck to pick them up from the port and deliver them to my ranch. Greatly appreciate your help Andrew!
