SCAM!! STAY AWAY! THEY DON’t PAY!!!!! This broker seemed nice at first, even though our factoring company didn’t cover them. They assured us they had quick pay, so we agreed to do the load. They LIED! We delivered the load last week on Monday, August 25, 2025. Today is September 3, 2025, and I still haven’t been paid. I selected quick pay, which is supposed to pay within 48-72 hours. Sometimes you come across a worker that is willing to go the extra mile to help you out, and for me that someone was Erik. We had a air shipment that landed 2 days ago at LAX airport and it was over $1,300 per day storage charges if we didn't get it pick up that same day. Erik was able to clear customs that afternoon and arranged a driver to pick up that night to deliver to us the next morning. He went above and beyond to help us and deserves this review. Kevin Zadourian is very professional. I have worked with him on couple of loads and he is excellent at follow ups and keeps on top of things. Once he receives the delivery order you can rest assure he will do as he says. I would highly recommend Kevin and Polo4PL for your next shipment.
They dont do payment on time. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my check. They don’t answer the phone.. no serious business
