Sir Jacob Love assisted us very promptly and was genuinely friendly throughout our visit. He was a pleasure to work with and made the experience smooth and comfortable. The only reason for the 4-star rating is our interaction with the front desk receptionist. When we arrived, there was no greeting, and we were immediately asked what we needed.
