Sir Jacob Love assisted us very promptly and was genuinely friendly throughout our visit. He was a pleasure to work with and made the experience smooth and comfortable. The only reason for the 4-star rating is our interaction with the front desk receptionist. When we arrived, there was no greeting, and we were immediately asked what we needed. I have attempted to approach regarding a consultation for quite some time with no response. I've had to chase them after filling in the online form several times and have called without response. Be cautious if you're serious about a potential suit.
