possibly the worst people ever. extremely rude to the students who are already stressed over the test. and very unhelpful. lost a card and stopped to see if it was there, they were too lazy to even try to look. just said no there when i told them where it could be. wouldn’t let me enter to check.
The worker here is just so rude. I had assigned a seat and the monitor wasn’t working at all, so I went back out to get some help. The lady was talking to some cleaning staff guy for about 10 mins when I was literally yelling “excuse me” for at least 10 times. She ignored me for good number of times and finally came, saying “what”. WHAT? You work here and supposed to help students when needed, not IGNORE them. I am also wondering is it because I’m Asian?
