I hate writing poor reviews, but Jason's unprofessional services cost me hundreds of dollars in late fees. Jason's poor communication was unprofessional and genuinely rude. After accepting my request for service, he stopped responding to my emails. I'd send him 3-4 emails before he'd respond to me. His lack of response to my emails over the course of months resulted in additional interest fees on my delayed tax payments. Very happy
It’s taken him months to process a simple return, his communication and response is poor. Rarely picks up his phone. I’ve reached out several times via phone and email to ask when my taxes will be completed. I may have to reach out to IRS to formally complain
