This place is horrible the director and the staff are horrible very rude and aggressive towards residents

Place is a toilet, director doesn't do her job and breaks the very rules she's suppose to uphold. Very dirty, loud, and staff members constantly harass the disabled residents. Police are at the building on a weekly basis for medical emergencies and disorderly conduct complaints. Facility should be closed down. Owner is a clown.
