Wonderful yarns! So soft and inviting. I bought 3 skeins of yarn in a shade of blue that I thought beautiful, Slate, the relatives I was knitting for wanted a darker blue. No troubles! I mailed back the yarn originally ordered and received quickly the darker yarns. I am so pleased with Customer Service. But even more, I love their yarn! Polka Dot Sheep yarn is wonderful to work with. Great selection of bases and colors. Their staff is so nice and so willing to help you. Ginny spent a great deal of time with me to help select and coordinate my colors for a shawl. I highly recommend this store.
