I came to Jim after having previously tried hypnosis to quit smoking. He was very thorough in describing what hypnosis is and what to expect from our session. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the session. I am now a nonsmoker. After each session, Jim reached out to see how I was progressing. It is clear that Jim cares about his clients and his craft.
