I'm very impressed with Polk County as a whole. They are very friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a high standard of customer service. I really appreciate their responsiveness, hard work, and desire to deliver. The Polk County Assessor Office has been a standout with Sara being very helpful with the farm deferral process for our EFU zoned property.

These people, are so friendly. Anytime I have needed to speak with them, which has only been three times, in all these years; they couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Paying taxes is never easy, but these people take out some of the sting. Thank you.
