I visited this office twice and even called once to explain my situation, but they had no idea how to help me and ultimately sent me away. As a result of their lack of knowledge, I ended up having to pay an $85 fee. (For reference, the tag office in Dallas, GA, immediately understood the issue.) It’s clear that some employees here don’t seem to enjoy their job and aren’t interested in helping “some” customers. If you’re facing confusion or a lack of kindness, I recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.
