The food at this facility is absolutely fantastic. The staff are volunteers mixed with paid personnel. The cook is very talented in providing a balanced meal. Her desserts are restaurant quality. The hidden gem is the social aspects of gathering in a large dining room 30 minutes before the meal is served and staying for 2 hours total to unknowingly add years to my life.
