Just watching a deposition from a former Livingston police officer, retired, and now working for the DA’s office ( Middleton) I would be terrified if I was a First Amendment Auditor or anyone who ran afoul of the law. It seems like it’s WORSE than the Good Ole Boy Network. Middleton made an untruthful affidavit, leading to the arrest and jailing of four innocent people. He did so without talking to the officer who made the arrest, no viewing the body cam footage, or talking to anyone. He got destroyed in the deposition. And ... read more

Watch out driving through Polk county Livingston on the road to the casino, they stopping people and giving false readings on how fast you driving, they say the entire street is a construction site regardless if there is anyone working on the road or not...... Really, going to court to fight the ticket is a waste of time, even when you present the facts, you are given a explanation that is just bogus as to why. Fake people and big time bias culture. I totally look at Livingston in a different light.
