They are very unprofessional. They don’t take their clients seriously and they are bad about scheduling. I would not recommend.
Had my first wax done here. They were very patient with me and talked me through it. Gave me plenty of info for care and prep for next time.
I am IN LOVE!!! 🥰 Had my first appointment at this lovely, quaint establishment and it was simply amazing. First, let me say the ambiance was stellar....calm and relaxing and I adore the decor and layout. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by my sweet technician Bayana. Extra care was taken during my session to ensure I was comfortable and Sonia was just perfect - professional, caring, and informative. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience!!! I will definitely be back. 🥰🥰🥰
