I would not recommend Polished Salon. This has nothing to do with my stylist even though there were problems, she tried to work through them; my major issue is with the owner. I had an appointment to color black roots to purple ends, and it turned out to be black roots to brown ends. I left with a wet head due to running past the time anticipated and needing to get to work; I was at the salon from 8:30 to 2:30 and said that I needed to be out by 2:15 when I originally scheduled the appointment. the staff is rude. my first time there with my mother and we spent $250 for mani pedis, cut and color. i asked the nail tech to put a "bling" on each big toe (not a HUGE request) I received a snappish reply that she didn't have time for that. WTF? That's how you treat a first time client who's springing for $250 in treatments? Weird because after doing my toes she did it anyway but by then i was already ticked off. Based on posted reviews I booked an afternoon at "polished" with my daughter to celebrate her college graduation. (May 7 2015). I booked 2 massages, 2 manis, 2 pedis and 2 hair services. I am not exactly sure how this place is getting such high reviews but I was less than impressed and there were several issues with my services.
