Shay is my go to massage therapist! I'll tell her what's sore and it will get worked out! I workout 4x a week and she's able to give a mix of therapeutic and deep tissue massage. Super happy with her work!
Shay has been incredible. She's great with focusing on troubled areas and asks so many questions. Makes you feel comfortable and is so kind!
