We had such a great experience with this Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union for our auto loan! We had to switch from another union last minute, and they still got our auto loan done within almost 1 day!!. Everyone we met was so kind, professional, and incredibly efficient, including our agents Zenata and Chris (Kryzysztof) and agents who worked on the phone, really went above and beyond. Even our dealer, with 30+ years of experience, said this was one of the best credit unions she’s ever worked with. Couldn’t be happier!
We’ve worked with at least five credit unions for auto loans, and this one has been by far the best! Super efficient, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Agents Zenata and Chris (Kryzysztof) made the whole process super smooth and we could not thank more for their help!
