Two weeks ago I came to this bank to restore a lost card. They didn't tell me that my checking account was closed and that in order for a new card to arrive, I had to open it. I waited two weeks, the card was not there. I came to them again and they were surprised how I could expect a card if it was not ordered I left there with tears in my eyes.
