I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. At the beginning, I was promised one interest rate, but in the end the rate was completely different. On top of that, I waited almost a month for a response with no clear communication or updates. This shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I expected honesty and respect, but instead I felt misled and ignored. Because of this, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.
