I came here for the first time to deposit a check on behalf of someone else. The procedure had previously been explained clearly to me by employees at another location. During my first visit, the process went smoothly. I provided the information I had been given, the employee directed me on what needed to be written on the back of the check, and the deposit was completed within minutes. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paulina. She was extremely thorough and walked us through the whole process. Her being able to quickly accommodate mine and my wife's schedules helped the process out the most because we knew that would could always get our questions and concerns answered via phone call, text, and email.
