I did my car auto refinance at PSFCU. They not only offered me a very good rate (which is better than most of the rates other credit union can offer on the market). Their services are also the best. First, Lucyna called me only a few hrs after I did the online application to walk me through the necessary steps. Second, it is very easy to reach out to them every time I have a follow up question (Malgorzata is also great). I will definitely come back for future finance services.
I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. Especially Magdalena, she’s kind, friendly and sweet. She helped with my parents car refinancing was understanding with the language barrier with them and her. She mentioned their scholarship to me knowing I was an upcoming senior and I ended up winning! Forever thankful for her helping my parents and me for these opportunities. Definitely recommend!!!
