The staff is very friendly and helpful. If a customer has an issue or problem with something the staff know how to solve the problem quickly. They are also very welcoming and professional. I also felt valued as a customer because they took the time to answer any of my questions that I had.

Great service! Kind and clear. Came for a car loan and had the lowest rate. No dealer can beat it
I did my car auto refinance at PSFCU. They not only offered me a very good rate (which is better than most of the rates other credit union can offer on the market). Their services are also the best. First, Lucyna called me only a few hrs after I did the online application to walk me through the necessary steps. Second, it is very easy to reach out to them every time I have a follow up question (Malgorzata is also great). I will definitely come back for future finance services.
