Worst experience – Horrible, horrible service!!! Our wall unit is about to be installed when the installer says that the wall needs to be re-inforced. The sales person who came to our apt. and even knocked on the wall never mentioned this!!! We had to scramble and get our contractor in. Try finding a contractor last minute. The installer comes back and says that the wall needed to be re-inforced down to the floor. He was the one who outlined the area that needed to be re-installed!!
