Kevin Chinook has done our taxes for the last 5 plus years. We moved out of state & overnight all our tax info to him/Felicia or Sonia. I always request a call after Kevin Chinook completes our taxes & has not ever called after figuring our taxes! Usually I get an email or phone call back if I leave a message for Felicia. Disappointed with my last visit. I requested an appointment to get my taxes done in November, his secretary gave me a date for early April at 1pm. I showed up about 5 minutes early and was asked to come in and speak to one of his associates fairly quickly; the associate was rude and in a rush to gather all my information. Around 1:30 she had me step out and said it would be a while before I was able to speak to Kevin, when I asked for an estimated time she said 4:30pm so I went on my way and came back at 4:30pm.
