I traveled to Missouri from NY for family endeavors. My spouse found me the polarity sauna house. Being a long time sauna and cold plunge enthusiast , It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. Being someone that is intuitive on first impressions, the scene really set the tone for me. The owner is super great to deal with. And for me the icing on the cake was walking into a place with a great music soundtrack! I will be returning every chance I get when in Missouri.
Amazing gem in Columbia! Matt and Maggie are amazing! New to contrast therapy and can’t wait to utilize on a regular basis.
