Unbelievable. After booking a trip to Mexico through this company for Memorial Day weekend 2015, We kept calling and emailing Polaris Traveler and they would not answer either. When we finally got a hold of them and asked them about how to schedule excursions the week of the trip, they told us that they did not have us booked even though they took our payment.
