One of their drivers nearly collided into me while changing lanes.
WARNING. - never use this company ever. They cancelled my order without any notice. It’s clear the company is very disorganized, which is why you should just go ahead and pay someone who knows what they are doing and not just go for the cheapest option. Stay away from this company at all costs
We are a regular freight shipper, very disappointed in transit times compared to the estimate. They are late by a few days every time we ship with them.
Very poor service. The truck driver who docked to my door today was really arrogant. He was trying to act like he owns my place. He did delivery with unsafe procedures. Train your drivers to have better approach to customers and shipping and receiving staffs and safety. Next time some shows up to my door with this attitude and arrogance, he is gonna go back with out delivering and will be reporting to OSHA for practicing unsafe procedures.
