Shows customers false ETAs to obtain contracts, once the contract is obtained absolves itself of all responsibility. Even now it says that my order arrives tomorrow while customer service tells me that my merchandise has still not yet crossed the border and that I would have my stock on Thursday. First and last time with this company. 30 years in buisness apparently... it's very sad.
