The slingshot itself was cool, however it was shifting way too hard and at times acted like it wasn’t going to shift. The breaks felt like they were going out, we had to push the break all the way down and even then it acted like it didn’t want to work. Lastly the transmission was starting to crap out because it wouldn’t even stay put if we were on a hill. So we returned the sling shot early because we didn’t feel safe in it. We had a blast!! Friendly and honest staff. I wish I could remember the guys name who was working because he offered to reimburse us for fuel if his boss didn't give him the okay. Evidently it wasn't our responsibility to top it off. There's other rental companies in Branson but because of this individuals honesty and integrity we'll go back to Polaris.

Arrived about 5:45-5:50pm on a Saturday to see if they were still renting out Slingshots because the open light was still illuminated. By the time I get out of my car the employee walks out with a couple and I ask what time they close. He says 6pm for slingshots but he was renting to that couple because they would be back by 8. Even though we arrived 10-15 minutes before close we were not rented to even though another couple was. Policies need to be clear for everyone and not selectively enforced.
