Fantastic. Mandy and staff designed and selected furniture to compliment our space and design aesthetic perfectly. This covered layout, size, colours, material, function, etc. Quality is excellent. It all works. Couldn't be happier. We appreciate that most of the furniture was made in Canada. As a bonus, delivery and set-up was done professionally.
I have visited this store and am impressed by the range of products up for sale. The furniture is of top quality. The staff is friendly and helpful reflecting an outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store.
This is a really honest review... It's been a few years now that we have been working with Mandy and her team and I have to say, my husband and I are never disappointed. Mandy is so knowledgeable and we have learned so much, especially about products made in Canada "eh!"... We had our dining room chairs and living room furniture delivered today and we couldn't be more pleased. We have also bought our kitchen chairs, island chairs and dining table from Polanco. Service is fantastic. They were so helpful when we were choosing our items ( and patient with us!) Delivery guys were beyond professional and helpful right down to fluffing the pillows before they left! A local, family owned Ottawa furnishing and decor shop with complete design support. Polanco is second to none! Mandy and her team are there from start to finish and beyond!
