Contacted Vanessa several times about our "free" prints and thumb drive and she just gives the run around. We have gotten married in June of 2021, here it is August 2023 and still nothing. She is sweet as pie during the whole process up until after the wedding. Poor communication and her attitude is very unprofessional. I highly do not recommend.
Worst customer relations. Our wedding was in 2021 and we still haven’t received our thumb drive with all of our photos videos. Jan 2023 she finally replied to email after numerous unanswered phone calls. She stated she would send it to our home address. It is July 2023 and haven’t heard from her since. We are just wanting our memories on our special day…
Poise Photography was THE BEST choice for my wedding. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic. She gave us great advice, tips and ideas on poses. I’m not the best at stuff like this, so having a photographer that gave us direction was amazing. Got some of my photos within a few days after that wedding which was a great plus! I highly recommend them as a photographer!
