So I get an email about my password expiring and rest it. Go to log in with new password. Doesn’t work. Now my account is locked and no one can help me until Tuesday. So much for small town banking. Zero after hours help!
I politely asked for a roll of quarters and was told that they could not because of a coin shortage. So, out of curiosity I looked up on the Federal Reserve website to see if there was.. and NO..!! Maybe employees behind the counter should know about money when working at a job that requires you to.
